(Rope) Bottoming beginners

We firmly believe that bottoming is more then passively throwing yourself in a situation and simply sustaining it. Instead, we see bottoming for rope as combining many different skills and tools: from breathing techniques to mental stamina, body awareness, communication and more. These teachable skills can make all the difference in your bottoming experience and so we decided to create a space dedicated to learning and practicing these

This is a switching and self tying based class, meaning we welcome solo as well as couples. In each class expect a discussion of the weekly topic followed by demo and teaching of related skills and tools, after which there will be time to practice and see how these tools can be used in play. Feel free to repeat the topics that interest you as often as you like, as the content will change based on participants experience and individual challenges.

This is a bi-monthly class on Tuesdays

This class is suitable for beginners with prior knowledge of basic knots, frictions, and rope handling, and want to start playing with uplines and partials or expand their floorplay repertoire.

Sensual play date - Guided couples night By Ena

This immersive play night is especially aimed at couples looking to explore sensory play and add more sensuality and play to their (sex) lives. We will go on a journey through the senses, investigate the fine line, and perhaps overlap, between pleasure and pain.

Bored with the old Netflix and Chill and ready to elevate your date night to new heights and try something new? Let sensualist and kink educator Ena Dahl and her partner Kasia take you on a guided exploration of your sensory landscape, and each other!

We invite you to leave the dreary mid-winter grays of Berlin at the door and escape into an alternate universe to discover, tantalize, and titillate each other’s bodies and senses through a variety of playful techniques, toys, and tools.

The structure of this evening falls somewhere in between a workshop, a jam and a play party. After an introduction, you’ll be led through a couple of warm-up exercises, a short presentation of the various tools, a sizzling demo to inspire your play, and a guided session before we leave the room open for you to continue your exploration together with your partner. Prompts, tips and guidance will be available throughout.

Level: No experience necessary
Dress code: Light & sensual. Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and sexy, perhaps something that can be removed? Silk robes, kimonos, kaftans, lingerie, etc.
To bring: A towel and a personal blanket. Ropes if you want to tie as well.
Provided: Light snacks & drinks. We have all the toys and tools you need (although you can bring your own too if you want). All participants will receive a small bundle of playful tools to keep. We will also have special sensory tool boxes available for purchase.

Pilates

Come and join me on the mat as we go through a series of Pilates exercises designed to build strength and flexibility. Through a mindful and precise movement flow, we’ll increase our body awareness while building a strong core.

While following the BASI Pilates method which offers a structured set of classic exercises, my Pilates classes won’t give you the stereotypical workout atmosphere you get in a fitness studio –instead we’ll be focusing on finding joy in movement through a calm and steady pace that gives space for individuality. My aim is for participants to leave the class feeling re-energised and grateful about their unique bodies. Less beach body motivation, more body positivity!

Throughout the class I’ll offer modifications to suit all levels and will adapt the exercises according to the need of the group as well as offering hands-on correction for those who are open to it.

This is a bi monthly class on Wednesdays at 17h
